Tennis Only picks and packs all orders from its company run Distribution Centres in Westmeadows, Victoria and Myaree, WA. Orders are processed and posted Monday — Friday. Once your order has been picked and packed you will receive an email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking numbers to become active on Australia Post's web-site.

All orders within Australia are posted with Australia Post.

Delivery Fees

*Most orders over $150.00 qualify for free postage. Some exceptions apply on items like tennis balls, ball machines and stringing machines.

  • All orders are posted with Australia Post's EParcel Service. Australia Post picks up every business day from our distribution Centres around 5pm.
  • All delivery time frames are based on Business Days. We do not post any orders on weekends or public holidays.
  • Please allow an extra 24 hours if your tennis racquet is getting strung.

A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order has been packed.

The courier will leave your item in a safe location if you are not home. If the driver deems there to be no safe location, a "Calling Card" will be left and the parcel will be taken to the nearest Post Office.

Please call us and we'll update your address. If it's more then a few hours passed since your order, chances are good our awesome warehouse staff have already packed and posted your order! In either case, please give us a call for further assistance so that we can get your order to you.

Our payment gateway will attempt to charge your nominated credit card at the confirmation point of your order.

We use a combination of Australia Post and Startrack. We will chose the courier company based on your delivery timeframe and location.
