Women's Adidas Barricade

Best Stability/Durability: adidas Barricade

Fit: True to size - Medium width - Medium arch
Why we love it: There are few, if any, tennis shoes with a more storied history than the adidas Barricade. Coming to the market in late 2021, this latest version of the Barricade comes in lighter and faster while maintaining the stability and durability that made this franchise a player favorite. Barricades in the past required extensive break-in, but these new shoes are more pliable out of the box.

Honorable Mention: Nike React Vapor NXT

The Vapor NXT blends features of stability and speed. This shoe might tip the scales as heavy, but they still feel rather nimble around the court, and a stiff frame along the lateral side helps keep the shoe feeling stable. These Vapor NXTs won't be as durable as the Hypercourt Supreme but will feel faster on court.
