Designed for aggressive movers who are looking for a high level of support, and stability, the New Balance Fresh Foam Lav 2 will keep your feet locked-in, and ready for those long hours on the court. The fitWeave upper material provides comfortable support, while a sock-liner that is attached to a traditional tongue gives your feet that glove-like feel, while also providing easier entry compared to the previous version. This v2 update now has Fresh FoamX in the midsole, offering a superb blend of comfort and responsiveness underfoot. Durability is maximized by the full-length Ndurance outsole, while the tread pattern allows for great traction on a variety of surfaces.
- Upper: FitWeave locks your foot down and adds stability only where necessary. Knit sock-liner with a traditional tongue design provides a glove-like feel, while also allowing for easy entry. External TPU Heel Counter increases stability during sprints.
- Midsole: Fresh FoamX midsole in bigger hexes in heel for extra cushion and smaller hexes in forefoot for added stability provides excellent blend of comfort and responsiveness.
- Outsole: NDurance rubber outsole in a modified herringbone tread pattern provides great traction and durability on any court surface.

Comments: This is my second pair. They have held up well. I'm a chronic toe dragger, and the toe cap has been sufficiently durable. The shoes feel plush, and I am particularly pleased with the insole. The insole is higher quality gel-like material rather that helps give you that soft feel underfoot.

Comments: The double E width is perfect. There is some kind of new cushion in these that dampens hard court impact. It's very good and reduces knee wear and tear.

Comments: I love these shoes. I've tried adidas' latest and greatest as well as the new Nike Vapors. NB has been the best for me. I need that extra cush because I teach all day on the hard courts of Texas in extreme heat. I also have a knee thats bone on bone...just begging to be replaced. These have been the best shoes I've tried in years.
