There is a soft foam near the arch which assists with aligning your ankle with your foot when scrambling down balls, while a stiffer foam on the lateral side aids in extra stability for lateral movement and speed. This shoe is not short on comfort, providing a plush ride underfoot, and the full herringbone outsole will perform well on clay courts.
