Overview

Updated with a new cosmetic for 2021! Experienced players looking for outstanding control and great feel should love the Gravity Tour. This racquet's dense 18x20 string pattern will help keep your most ambitious strokes inside the lines. It also has an arm-friendly 61RA stiffness, giving it great feedback at impact. Compared to the Gravity Pro (which also has an 18x20 string pattern), this racquet is lighter and faster. It also has a slightly thicker beam, resulting in a tad more power. Built with Graphene 360+, the Gravity Tour combines the stability and power of Graphene 360 with SpiralFibers in the lower head for a cleaner feel at impact. This racquet also features a rounder frame geometry higher in the stringbed. This not only creates a more comfortable and responsive contact zone, it provides a bigger spin window, making it easier to attack the ball at extreme upward angles. From the baseline the Gravity Tour feels solid and comfortable at impact, and the tight string pattern provides phenomenal control on full swings. Although there is enough spin-potential to bring the ball down hard, this racquet excels on flatter mechanics, making it easy for you to drive the ball powerfully through the court. At net, touch is excellent, and there is enough mass in the head for redirecting higher levels of pace. Aggressive servers who can get this stick moving fast will be able to hit some flat bombs this one. Ultimately, with its impressive combination of control and feel, the Gravity Tour is perfect for those who want a classic player's racquet that comes around with decent speed.

Comments: Best racquet ever. I'm a racquetoholic and I've tried everything. This is by far my favorite racquet. Exceptional precision, comfort and headlight, but good power on serve (almost as good as the Yonex Ezone 98). I feel I can put the ball where I want, with the trajectory I want. I always thought the perfect racquet elevates your weaknesses and maintains on your strengths. This one does both and makes me play better on both sides. The Tecnifibre TFight 300 RS is my second favorite. Thank you, Head, but I'm a bit upset with your quality control. I've had seven of these babies and two were at 340 swing weight. Also, thank you, TW, for your matching service.

Comments: Phenomenal racquet. Buttery feel, and pretty good spin for a 18x20 string pattern. I am using a full bed of poly string, and it still feels quite nice and plush. My only warning for those of you (like me) used to a 16x19 pattern: this racquet definitely does have a lower launch angle. While good for keeping my heavier topspin forehands from shooting too high (and thus out), my flatter backhand hit the white tape of the net consistently. You have to open up the head just a tad more. But overall, incredible stick.

Comments: This is a great racquet, spec was a bit heavier than advertised but that suits me. I put about 7g in the the handle to change the HH balance and that did the trick. Low tension string hybrid job, 48lbs helps give it a little more juice. Really nice feel at the net and touch volleys, and surprising spin for an 18x20. This would be for someone in between a control stick and power racquet, it has both.

Comments: The best racquet for me. The only one that doesn't give me elbow pain with great control and the best spin in an 18x20 I have tried. I tried the Babolat Pure Aero, Pure Drive, Wilson Pro Staff, Clash and Blade. I love Yonex EZONE's power, but is too stiff and caused arm pain.

Comments: It's a fantastic racquet. Comfortable, tons of feel, felt great on slices. However it just wasn't for me, I couldn't get used to the teardrop head shape and kept framing too many shots for some reason. If you vibe with it from the start or have the time and patience to get used to it, I'm sure you will love it. It was also a little too underpowered for me.
